1. Services

Fallout Auto Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services at locations specified by the customer. Services are performed as described on our website and confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Appointments

By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and service location. You agree to make your vehicle accessible at the scheduled time and location.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free reschedule
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee may apply
  • No-shows: Full service charge may apply

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.

Prices are subject to change based on vehicle condition, size, and additional services requested.

5. Service Disclaimer

While we strive to achieve the best possible results, some stains, scratches, or damage may not be fully removable depending on their nature and severity. We will inform you of any limitations before beginning work.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to: paint chips, scratches, dents, tears, or mechanical issues.

6. Liability Limitations

Fallout Auto Detailing takes great care with every vehicle. However, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, manufacturing defects, or issues that become apparent only after cleaning (such as hidden rust or paint defects concealed by dirt).

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will work to make it right.

8. Weather Policy

Certain services may need to be rescheduled due to inclement weather. We will contact you as soon as possible if weather conditions require a schedule change. No cancellation fees apply for weather-related reschedules.
